Single Sign On Authentication

Overview

Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication allows your users to log in to the Fiskil Console using the same credentials they use for other applications and websites.

The Fiskil Console supports authentication of users via identity federation with the following identity providers:

  • Google
  • Github
  • Microsoft
  • Apple
  • Facebook
  • Twitter

Authentication with other OpenID Connect (OIDC) or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 compliant identity providers is also supported. Please contact the Fiskil team to enable this.

How to implement SSO Authentication

  1. Follow the guides linked above to configure your identity provider for federation with the Fiskil Console.

  2. Send us an email at support@fiskil.com to enable SSO authentication for your users in the Fiskil Console.

Once enabled, users will be redirected to the identity provider's sign in page when they initiate login to the Fiskil Console. When a user is authenticated with the identity provider, they will be redirected back to the Fiskil Console where they will be signed in and authorised with the role assigned to them in the Team Members section of the console settings.
